WeatherXpress is shareware. You can use the program for 30 days, but if you don't register it you must uninstall the program.
If you are getting errors after installing the program you might have unzipped it using a non-windows (32 bit) unzip program. Older versions of PKUnzip cannot read long file names so the long file names are expanded using the tilde (~) character to shorten the file name.
If you need a good 32 bit windows zip application I advise getting WinZip. It works great, and like this program is shareware and well worth the price. You can download it at this site:
